Collect & Return

Should your laptop, tablet or smartphone suffer mechanical breakdown, MendIT’s Collect & Return warranty will get your device back up and running quickly and efficiently. The extended warranty is inclusive of the manufacturer’s warranty period and can be used for all makes of laptop, smartphone and tablet.

Here’s how it works: once you have informed us of the device’s problem, we will dispatch a courier to pick it up and one of our trained and accredited engineers will repair it. The device will then be returned to you within 5 working days.

All parts, labour and carriage are covered under our Quick Fix 5 Day Service. If we are unable to mend your device under the extended warranty agreement (e.g. the required parts are unavailable or it costs more than the retail price of the device to fix it), then we will send you a replacement of the same specification.

Onsite Maintenance

This extended warranty is available for laptops and desktop devices, providing a quick response and repair service. This includes a telephone diagnostic service and the next-business-day dispatch of a trained engineer to your location.

This service is ideal for customers who need to protect sensitive data and/or need to keep downtime to a minimum. The warranty is inclusive of the manufacturer’s warranty and all labour, parts and engineer call out charges are included.

If we cannot mend your laptop or desktop device under the extended warranty agreement (e.g. it costs more than the cost of the device when new to fix it or the parts are unavailable), then we will send a replacement device with a matching specification.

Please note that this service only applies for the UK mainland. On-site support is not available for Microsoft and Apple products.

On-Site Warranty Upgrade

Our Onsite Warranty Upgrade is ideal if your IT device has a standard 3 year warranty and you require a greater level of support. So why not upgrade a Return to Base or Pick-Up & Return warranty to a full MendIT Onsite service? It’s a cost effective solution that provides you with higher levels of service.
